The National Talent Academies are an initiative of Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland and were established  to create and expand opportunities for diverse and regional Talent on a national level.

The National Talent Academy Film & TV Crew East addresses innovation, skills development and sectoral growth, supporting skills development across the eastern region of Ireland, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.

The NTACE is funded by Screen Ireland and managed by Clermont Screen Hub.

This is a one year contract position (part-time).

This is an office-based position.  The office is located in Rathnew, Co Wicklow.

 

Role: Details and Duties

The list below is not exhaustive and might be complemented by reasonable and related additional tasks. 

  • General administration (data entry, bookkeeping, membership management, minute-taking, etc.)

  • Assistance and organisational support to the Manager.

  • Travel coordination for markets, festivals etc. 

  • Processing programme applications.

  • General NTACE website updates and management.

  • General social media account management.

  • Dealing with the public, suppliers, and customers.

  • Some travel may be required.

 

Requirements – Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Prior administration experience.

  • Experience working in the screen industry an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of the roles within live-action production.

  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

  • Excellent time management, presentation, and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency with microsoft office and google suite.

  • Experience with canva, photoshop or similar is preferred.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms (instagram, twitter, facebook, linkedin etc.) essential.
