The National Talent Academy for Animation provides support and opportunities for new and existing talent through a range of courses and programmes nationwide, creating pathways for career progression to ensure that Ireland consolidates its position as one of the best places in the world to produce animated content.
The NTAA is funded by Screen Ireland and managed by Animation Ireland.
This is a one year contract position (part-time) with a salary of €28,000 per annum (Pro-Rata) / €16,800 for a three day week.
This is a remote working position but the applicant must be based in Ireland.
Role: Details and Duties
The list below is not exhaustive and might be complemented by reasonable and related additional tasks.

General administration (data entry, bookkeeping, membership management, minute-taking, etc.)

Assistance and organisational support to the Director and Course Coordinator.

Travel coordination for markets, festivals etc.

Processing programme applications.

General NTAA website updates and management.

General social media account management.

Some travel may be required.
Requirements – Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Prior administration experience preferred.

Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Strong organisational skills.

Proficiency with microsoft office and google suite.

Experience with canva, photoshop or similar is preferred.

Knowledge of social media platforms (instagram, twitter, facebook, linkedin etc.) essential.
