Danú Media, National Talent Academy for Film & TV, and Greasán na Meán Skillnet are delighted to partner with Course Director Philip Shelley on Greenlight Screenwriting Lab, a new Script Writing Development Programme for Irish Screenwriters and Script Editors.

Philip Shelley has run the Channel 4 Screenwriting Course for 13 years, and through that he has worked with much of the best new talent in UK screenwriting.

Greenlight Screenwriting Lab will provide support and upskilling opportunities to a new generation of emerging scriptwriters and script editors. Through hands on industry-led training, shadowing and mentoring, the programme will contribute to and enhance the Irish Screen Industry.

Greenlight Screenwriting Lab offers an opportunity for 6 new Scriptwriters & 3 shadow Script Editors to be mentored by Philip, along with other industry professionals, as they develop a new TV drama pilot script.

With over 400 hundred applicants, we are delighted to announce the 2023 participants are:
