Established in 2022, the National Talent Academy for Film & TV Crew East (Crew Academy East) is an initiative of Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland, managed by Clermont Screen Hub.

Crew Academy East recognises that there is a huge amount of talent in Ireland and that many individuals face barriers and lack clear pathways to inclusion within the film and television industry. The vision of the Crew Academies is to to develop a highly skilled crew base throughout the country and to further build crew and skills nationally. The Academy will also focus on attracting next generation talent with a strong diversity agenda.

Inclusive Opportunities for Diverse and Regional Talent – Collaborating towards Excellence

Through a range of programmes, Crew Academy East seeks to engage with and support creative talent in these areas, and provide them with opportunities that will allow them to progress within the Film & TV industry and achieve long term career goals.

Crew Academy East opportunities are open to all individuals regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability. To learn more, read our Diversity & Inclusion Policy
