SCREEN SOUTH EAST workshops, expert panels and crew networking

Event Name: SCREEN SOUTH EAST workshops, expert panels & crew networking.

Date of the Event:  Saturday 21st November, 2026

Time: 11 am – 5 pm

Cost: Free

Venue: The National Opera House, Jerome Hynes Theatre, Wexford.

Event Profile:

This Screen Southeast event is organised by Screen Waterford, Screen Wexford, Screen Kilkenny and YIFM, with support from the National Talent Academies and the National Opera House. The event offers opportunity, insight, inspiration and connections, with a particular focus on how transferable skills can open doors to work in the screen sector.

Join us for a full day of creativity, connection and opportunity alongside a vibrant community of emerging talent. Take part in workshops and discussions designed to clarify access pathways into the sector. The day will also feature two panel discussions: the first exploring training pathways into the industry with Screen Stakeholders, and the second bringing together professionals from the Screen Sector to discuss how you can transfer your existing skills into film and television.

The day closes with an energising networking session, a chance to meet like-minded creatives, exchange ideas, and start conversations that could lead to your next job or collaboration.

Full details of the breakout workshops, discussions, and panel line-ups will be announced very soon, so stay tuned.
