This online course provides a comprehensive guide to creating a screen-industry-relevant CV, covering its purpose, choosing the right format, writing strong content, proofreading and editing, and using it effectively for networking and job searching.

Participant Profile:

This course will be aimed at Crew working in the screen industry who would like to enhance their CV and cover letter skills.

Selection on courses/programmes will be based on quality of application and industry experience relevant to the course and participant profile.  We do not accept CVs so please make sure you outline all relevant experience in the application form.

As a workshop tutor, Alex specialises in helping individuals articulate their strengths, structure compelling CVs, and align their experience with evolving industry demands. Her work spans science, business, policy, and community engagement, giving her a broad perspective on what employers look for across sectors.

Through her leadership at Ecoscope and advisory roles within the industry, Alex has supported professionals at different career stages to position themselves effectively and confidently in competitive job markets.
