Masterclass in Toon Boom Storyboard Pro for Storyboard Artists

The National Talent Academy for Animation, in collaboration with CMAI (Creative Media Academy of Ireland), is delighted to launch the Masterclass in Toon Boom Storyboard Pro for Storyboard Artists workshop, part of the Animation Software Series.

Course Overview

This course provides an overview of a Storyboard Artist’s work in a busy TV animation studio. It will also cover a quick introduction for people who are already familiar with the software but would like to know some of the technical tricks used by professionals dealing with tight deadlines and unexpected client retakes.

Dates: February 13th & 20th

Time: 6.30 pm-8.30 pm

Location: Virtual attendance via Zoom

Cost: There is no cost to the participants, but places are limited 

Places: 12 

Deadline: Tuesday, January 30th at 5pm

Tutor Bio

Conor McMullin

Originally from Ireland but now living in Sweden, Conor began his animation career with Fred Wolf Films Dublin back in 1995.

He has since gone on to work with many international studios including Moonbug Entertainment, SluggerFilm, Brown Bag Films and Aardman Animation.

Conor has storyboarded for much of his career and has been using Toon Boom Storyboard for about 12 years.

In the last few years, Conor has held a number of Storyboard Workshops at Animation Schools in Sweden.
