Freelancer Series: Intellectual Property Development Workshop with Clifford Parrott

I.P. DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

The National Talent Academy for Animation is delighted to launch the Intellectual Property Development Workshop with Clifford Parrott as part of our Freelancer Series.
 

Course Overview:

The morning session will go over sample pitches, analysing their strengths and weaknesses as well as what makes a good ‘hook’. Participants’ concepts will be broken down and discussed.

The afternoon session will have the participants break into teams and go through a concise development process. The teams will come up with an “elevator pitch” and present it to the others. The session wraps with a survey discussion on what constitutes I.P. Rights, (copyright, trademarks), and how to start a clean chain of title.

Date: - Thursday 9th May, 9.30am - 5pm.

Location: Online.

Cost: There is no cost to the participants but places are limited.

Places: 12.

Deadline: 30th of April at 12pm.

Requirements:

Candidates must be resident in Ireland.
