Job Description:
The function of the Production team is to assist the Production Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the production. The ideal candidate must be able to work under the direction of the Production Manager and Producer, helping to maintain and deliver the same standards of work throughout the production.
Applicants who have a basic understanding of 2D animation production with a keen interest in learning more about the production process are encouraged to apply.
As a Trainee Production Assistant, you will:

Work under the Production Manager to help facilitate the production.

Manage and update a tracking system.

Organising third-party providers and vendors to deliver requested elements.

Manage and track renders while making sure relevant folder systems are kept up to date.

As part of the tasks of a Production Assistant, you will learn to put together assembly edits under the mentorship of a Production Manager who will provide you with continuous feedback.
Requirements:

A general understanding of the 2D TV pipeline.

A proficiency in Excel is a plus. *

Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

Strong and clear communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to work within a fast-paced series production schedule.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to changes easily within a highly dynamic environment.

Meticulous attention to detail.

This opportunity is ONLY open to applicants living in the Rep. of Ireland.
Start Date: 30th March 2026.
Contract Length: Fixed term until December 2026.
