The National Talent Academy for Animation is delighted to announce a fantastic paid work placement opportunity for a Junior Scriptwriter with Pictor.

Job Description:

Assisting in crafting an engaging, funny, character-driven script for an animation series. 

Working closely under the mentorship of the lead scriptwriter and producer, you will contribute to the creative process by helping to develop an outline and script an episode, ensuring narrative consistency with the series’ style and tone.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for storytelling, a flair for writing with humour and emotion, and a willingness to learn the nuances of animation scriptwriting. You must work collaboratively with the creative team to deliver a script that aligns with the vision of the writer, producer and director.

Key Details:

This opportunity is ONLY open to applicants 18+ living in the Rep. of Ireland, who have not received a credit on a commercial script.

Start Date: Early February.

Contract Length:  One Month.
