The National Talent Academy for Animation is delighted to announce a fantastic paid remote work placement opportunity for an Assistant Clean Up Artist on a short film with training provided.

Job Description:

The Clean Up Artist will work directly under the Clean Up Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong drawing skills as they are required to finalise animation to keep it 'on model’, as well as strong knowledge of character animation.

Requirements:

• Create clean line work for 2D animation using the initial rough character and prop designs.

• Submit multiple design variations and revisions based on feedback from the Clean Up Supervisor/Director.

• Ensure consistency and quality throughout your work.

• Complete other design-related tasks and responsibilities as required for completion of the project.

• Excellent communication skills, able to take direction as required.

• Team player with the ability to work independently.

• Good understanding of the TVPaint software and animation production.

• Strong knowledge of animation fundamentals and principles, walk cycles, lip sync, acting and character timing.

• Must have access to Discord to join the production server.

Software: TV Paint Pro Preferred, TVPaint Standard also acceptable.

Key Details:

Start Date: 17th of November.

Rate: €550.00 per week.

Contract Length: Three weeks, full-time.

Location: Remote.
