The National Talent Academy for Animation is delighted to announce a fantastic paid remote work placement opportunity for an Assistant Background Artist on a short film with training provided.
Job Description:
An Assistant Background Artist will support the lead background artist in creating visual environments. The ideal candidate must be able to work under the mentorship of the Lead Background Artist, who will provide you with continuous feedback. You must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that all backgrounds fit into the production and align with the Director’s vision.
Applicants who have a basic understanding of 2D design, lighting, and colour theory and are keen to learn more are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint.

The ability to work remotely with access to Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint.

Excellent communication skills, able to take direction as required.

Team player with the ability to work independently.

Must have access to Discord to join the production server.
Key Details:
Start Date: 1st of December
Rate: €550.00 per week.
Contract Length: Two weeks, full-time.
Location: Remote.
