Final Draft: Two-Day Online Training Course
This two-day will take place online on 13th and 14th of January 2024 from 10am – 4pm.
This comprehensive course tailor-made for Script Editors, Executives, Producers and Writers to learn a proficient grasp of Final Draft
Final Draft is a specialised software essential for scriptwriting and screenwriting, widely recognized as the industry standard in high-end TV production. It offers features for creating, formatting, and collaborating on scripts, making it an invaluable tool for professionals in high-end TV and film.
While on-the-job experience might provide a certain degree of familiarity, mastering its advanced features and functionalities requires a level of focus that can be difficult to achieve in the frantic setting of a busy production office.
NTA Film & TV and thecallsheet.co.uk have collaborated to provide a free, fully funded Final Draft training curriculum for emerging professionals working in high-end television.
During this two-day online workshop, course leader, Rosie Dias, will guide you through a wide variety of topics, including
-
amendments and memos including coloured pages
-
sides and creating scene-per-page scripts
-
creating a new script and templates
-
batch changes
-
alternative dialogue
-
reports
-
Tagging
You will also exercise what you have learned into practice in a supported environment.
