If you're leading a team and feeling self-doubt or overwhelm - or are simply thinking, 'there must be a better way!' - then Lead With Ease will help you develop the leadership skills you need to lead confidently and effectively, meaning you are less stressed, your team is more motivated and the show experience is more rewarding.

Lead With Ease demystifies traditional leadership training and makes it easily applicable within VFX, via bite-sized lessons that fit around busy schedules and weekly assignments that are relevant to VFX leadership - with support from a VFX veteran and accredited coach throughout.

M01: Decide what type of leader you want to be

M02: Learn how to communicate effectively with your team

M03: Discover the truth about having difficult conversations

M04: Adapting your leadership style to support & develop your team

M05: Understand what motivates people & how it helps you as a leader

M06: Discover how clear processes improve efficiency

M07: Learn techniques to manage overwhelm

M08: Leading with ease

Duration: 9 weeks, Tuesday evenings from 7 to 8 pm

Participant Profile:

This course is suitable for anyone leading a team in VFX, including relatively inexperienced leaders looking to learn and experienced leaders who would like to refresh their leadership skills. Participants have included Production Co-ords, Lead Comp, Lead Animator and Tech Lead to Head of 2d, Head of CG and VFX Supe.
