Raising Films Ireland - Return to Work Programme (RTWP)
Extended Deadline - Monday 29th July 2024
Overview
Raising Films Ireland is excited to launch a Return-to-Work Programme (RTWP), a pilot initiative designed to provide an avenue back to work in the screen industry for below-the-line crew who have paused or stopped their careers due to caring responsibilities e.g. to care for others such as parents or children.
Raising Films Ireland is partnering with the National Talent Academies in a joint commitment to creating pathways for talented and experienced individuals to resume and sustain their careers. We recognise the barriers facing carers and parents and are working collaboratively with the industry to overcome challenges, making the sector more sustainable, inclusive, healthier, and happier for all.
Raising Films Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fostering a flexible and inclusive culture within the Irish Screen Industry for carers and parents. This initiative is funded through Screen Ireland’s Screen Stakeholders Fund.
