Course Profile:

This course will run for 1 day in Limerick 

This workshop & Networking opportunity aims to introduce & educate participants to gain a broad understanding of the various roles and responsibilities of the transport department. The Morning will focus on:

• Schedules
• Organising and communicating with drivers
• Set and driver etiquette for Film & TV.
• Working with various departments for Film & TV drama.

The course tutor will be Transport Captain Paul Cullen and may include invited guest speakers.

This course is being run in partnership with Crew Academy South and was created in partnership with the Film Drivers Guild of Ireland.

This course will run over 1 day from 11 am – 1 pm (May finish earlier depending on Questions - light refreshments also provided).

Participant Profile:

The ideal applicants will have some experience in a transport related industry or proven experience working with drivers or working as part of the Production team on a film or TV set. Looking for individuals who show good communication and organisational skills.

There may be an opportunity to be part of a paid work placement, please select on the application form if this is something you would be interested in.

Tutor Profile:

Paul Cullen: Is an experienced Transport captain and has been in the industry since the early 90's. He is known for films such as Haywire (2011), The Pope's Exorcist (2023) and The Wonder (2022).
