Animatic Editing in Storyboard Pro
The National Talent Academy for Animation is delighted to launch the Animatic Editing in Storyboard Pro workshop with Kevin O’Brien as part of our Animation Software Series.
Course Overview
An interactive workshop on how to use Storyboard Pro to edit animatics, as is increasingly necessary as part of a major studio pipeline.
The workshop will cover:
● Understanding the responsibilities and role of an editor in a studio setting.
● A good basic understanding of layout, editing tools and capability of the software.
● Ability to adjust timings, add audio and manipulate drawings.
● Technical knowledge regarding settings, exports etc.
Course Details
Dates: 6th May, 13th May and 20th May.
Time: 6.30pm - 8.30pm.
Location: Virtual attendance via Zoom.
Cost: There is no cost to the participants but places are limited.
Places: 12.
Deadline: Friday, April 4th at 5pm.
Candidate Criteria
This course is designed for those working or wishing to work professionally as an editor in the animation industry. Previous understanding of editing software and approaches is essential.
Candidates must be resident in Ireland.
