PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
The National Talent Academy for Animation is launching our Production Management Workshop with Leon Elliott as part of our 2D Production Series. This course will cover the main tenets of the role of Production Manager as is typical in an animation studio. Participants will gain a good understanding of the fundamentals required to manage both crew and assets on any 2D animation project. They will have practical tools and theoretical foundation to confidently plan and complete any production.

This three day course will cover the main tenets of the role of Production Manager related to setting up and managing a 2D animation pipeline. The participants will learn about pipeline workflow, scheduling, crew structure, people management, tracking tools, set up, client management and deliverables.
